I was sad when it wasn't picked up for a third season. And I love that it was on TV before True Blood, Vampire Diaries and Twilight. I know that it is based off of a very popular series by Tanya Huff. I keep meaning to start reading the books, but I am afraid that they won't be as good as the show was!! I mean Henry. Blood Ties and Henry was great. I bought Season I and pre-ordered Season 2. However, couldn't wait and found the total show (I & II)on the internet. I sat up all night just to watched it and wanted it to go on and on. I was disappointed that Lifetime has choosen to cancel this wonderful show just like CBS did with Moonlight. I totally agree. I’m totally okay with people having other vampire series favorites – what bugs me is when people haven’t even heard of it.
